OSMOSIS DIFFUSION LAB
There are a number of variations of this lab
You can order kits from Wards, but we found the lab handout that accompanies the kit is confusing for students. So we made our own.

What you will need:
7 oz cups (1/pair of students)
Dialysis tubing 
Liquid starch
Glucose
2 Glucose test strips
red, blue, green markers
Balance (optional)

USING A BALANCE
(Compare mass of bags before/after)

SMELLY BALLOONS

Fill different balloons with different liquid flavorings 
(available in cooking aisle)
Banana, root beer, strawberry, mint, etc and see if students can identify the smells.
